AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using marketingbyannika.com (the "Website") and any services provided by Annika Treamer ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

SERVICES OFFERED
Annika provides the following professional services:
• Brand Photography (Petite, Gold, and Luxe packages)
• Social Media Strategy, Education, and Management
• VIP Strategy Days (1-hour and 3-hour sessions)
• Marketing Consulting and Education

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total investment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the date of service delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer through our secure client portal.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the event of inclement weather affecting outdoor photography sessions, we will work together to reschedule at no additional charge.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information during consultations
• Securing necessary permissions for photography locations
• Arriving prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
• Providing timely feedback and approvals when requested

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your spot on our calendar and cover preparation time. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session within 90 days of the original date.

Cancellation by Client
• More than 14 days before session: Deposit forfeited; no additional charges.
• 7-14 days before session: 50% of total investment due.
• Less than 7 days before session: 100% of total investment due.

Cancellation by Annika Treamer
In the rare event that we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

Digital Products and Deliverables
Due to the digital nature of our deliverables (photographs, templates, road maps), all sales are final once digital files have been delivered. We encourage clients to review all materials promptly and communicate any concerns within 7 days of delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and, where appropriate, provide revisions or adjustments.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership of Photographs
All photographs created by Annika Treamer remain the intellectual property of Annika Treamer. Upon full payment, clients receive a full copyright release granting unlimited usage rights for business purposes as outlined in their service agreement.

Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Annika Treamer reserves the right to use photographs, testimonials, and project outcomes for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. This includes use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Templates and Educational Materials
Custom templates, road maps, and educational materials created for clients are for the purchasing client's use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of these materials is prohibited without written consent.

Website Content
All content on marketingbyannika.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Annika Treamer and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

DISCLAIMER
No Guaranteed Results
While we strive to provide the highest quality services and education, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, sales figures, or business growth. Results depend on numerous factors including implementation, market conditions, and individual business circumstances.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dane County, Wisconsin.
